Company President/Closing Specialist

With 47 years of experience in the title industry, Linda brings unmatched expertise and leadership to Superior Title & Escrow. Trained in every facet of the business, she serves as the company’s principal Closing Specialist, known for her precision, passion, and relentless dedication to client satisfaction. Always willing to go the extra mile, Linda is committed to delivering seamless closings—including after-hours, weekends, and remote services—tailored to each client’s needs.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Linda has proudly called Tennessee home since 1991. She is a devoted wife, mother of four, grandmother to five, and great grandmother to three. Outside of work, she finds joy in family time, singing in her church choir, caring for her horses, and spending time with her beloved cats and dogs.

As the driving force of Superior Title & Escrow, Linda sets the standard for excellence. Her fast-paced, hands-on leadership style inspires her team to aim higher every day. She believes in investing in her employees and their families, fostering a culture of hard work, recognition, and shared success. Victoria A. Alvarez

Company Secretary/Client Resolution Specialist

As Co-Founder of Superior Title & Escrow, Victoria brings 27 years of experience in the title industry and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. She oversees the company’s daily operations and serves as Client Resolution Specialist, ensuring every client receives the highest level of service. Skilled in every facet of the title process, Victoria applies her expertise to strengthen Superior Title & Escrow’s reputation as a leader in the industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she also conducts closings for clients in need of translation services. Her responsibilities extend across data entry, accounting, reconciliations, document analysis, and more.

Born in Honduras and a Knoxville resident since 1991, Victoria is a proud wife and mother of two sons. Family remains at the heart of her life, and she treasures spending quality time with loved ones. Known for her compassion, focus, and approachable nature, Victoria creates a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike, making everyone who walks through the doors of Superior Title & Escrow feel valued and appreciated.
